Take a deep dive into your business model and figure out exactly what drives the growth of your business. 2. When you determine the growth drivers, develop leading activity metrics to monitor those growth drivers and ensure you are maximizing your opportunities. As Peter Drucker once said: "what gets measured gets managed."
