I've been reflecting on the relationship between culture and strategy lately. While we often hear that 'Culture eats strategy for breakfast,' I've come to see that 'Strategy shapes culture for lunch.' Culture sets the tone, but it's strategy that truly impacts our daily actions. A solid strategy integrates values into our work, turning ideals into practices that drive success throughout the day. It's the dynamic interplay: culture leads the way, but strategy continues to refine and embed values. This ensures that our values are not just spoken about but lived out in our daily operations. From embedding values in operations to driving continuous improvement, a smart strategy weaves cultural values into every aspect of our work, ensuring they stay relevant and aligned with our organizational goals. #culture #strategy

Once you start clapping for others, you'll find that the applause comes back to you. One of the keys to life success is learning to celebrate others. I dare you to clap for others like you know your clapping season is right around the corner. It's always winning season for someone, somewhere. Start clapping! I'm rooting for so many people right now. I'm clapping, praying, and cheering them on, knowing that their victories are on the way and worth celebrating.

Wearing shoes that don't fit is frustrating, painful, and exhausting, just like trying to live a life that doesn't align with who you truly are.
