I was over 5 years in when you took over as CEO. Shareholders pockets might be fatter but the loyalty from employees and customers is a joke now. Super high turn over rates. No more knowledgeable employees. People I worked with that use to love thier jobs now hate them. You've taken a reputable company and made it so people are afraid to shop there all the while penalizing employees for low sales, no enough credit apps and an impossible workload due to low staffing.

Marvin Ellison 6 years and you have not cleaned up the bad and illegal behavior of some of your managers - you need to be more involved in the mistreatment employees are receiving from store managers. Managers are being protected while employees are bein penalized for using your "open door" policy. The discrimination and retaliation need to stop. 30 years and nothing from Lowe's my husband died in 2006 and Lowe's made me go to part time to take care of my daughter. Hurt twice at Lowe's doing my job and put through the ringer. Not even making $18.00 an hour work in most Depatments. Lowe's was a great place to work not now only the ones who can't get to work on time bring your foster kids to work, get every holiday off so we can work one can wear flip flops and work in them being a several diabetic and nothing is done, this is how it goes at our store all Sears employees now remember how Sears ended up out of business. I don't dislike Lowes only management and upper management that's what needs to be changed. Anytime you what to talk just show up, I am willing

Congratulations! Unfortunately some of us aren’t as fortunate to celebrate 6th year. You should look into the company’s turnover rate and the reasons for some termination of good employees.

What is the difference between CEO pay and what is the starting wage for hourly employees? Are hourly employees eligible for bonuses? What benefits are offered to part time associates? How are hourly employees evaluated? I don’t mean to target Lowe’s but at Ben & Jerry’s, for example, there are only 6 or 7 different pay grades. I’m sure Lowe’s is competitive but do you pay a livable wage for families? What if you had an ESOP for all employees to encourage vesting and reduce turnover? CEO pay in the US has outpaced average worker pay by like 3000% over the past decades. What are you doing as CEO to reduce pay inequities?

Senior employee was called by HR today and informed that today was their last day. Their account disabled immediately afterwards. They are giving no warning. Rumors has it that a couple hundred people will be let go. An upcoming disproportionate firing of senior managers and directors, apparently. The real number, who knows. This is off the back of them laying off ~100 US Tier 1 Tech Support workers in favor of outsourcing labor to India.

I have worked over 30 years and did not get a trophy for my time, standing on the front lines having people spite on me throw stuff cuss me out so where is mine and the others who man the front lines. Time for you to up the pays for the average worker who makes under $18.00 an hour. If Harris get in, we will all get the same, so I look forward to my big pay raise. Remember in Maryland on Oct 1st the wages will be the same in Maryland for the the same job. May God Bless you as you check your heart on these issues we face. My God is a fair God

Judith masters I couldn’t have had a worse experience at your store in Coral Springs. I went to pick up a laundry sink/ faucet combo that I ordered online on June 23rd (because you didn’t have it in store). Yesterday, July 11th, I received an email saying it was in stock. It was brought to my car but the box looked like it had been tampered with. I opened it up and it was not as ordered. Needless to say, I was disappointed. We brought it back into the store and Yolanda couldn’t figure out how to return it because the item numbers didn’t match. She called Josh over who EVENTUALLY figured it out. When I told him about the hassles that I had with the item, I asked if he would give me a small gift card or discount because I wanted to buy a barbecue. He replied that this was bought online and therefore had nothing to do with your store. REALLY? Please call me asap at 954-734-3150 to discuss.
