And running it wasn’t simple, but the backstory is. Two years ago, I had really bad insomnia. Somebody said, ‘Strip everything back. Take everything out of your diary.’ So, for a year, I got up with the sunrise every day. As a result, I’ve done 23 10k races in the region and I’ve had 23 podiums. So, if that isn’t a testament to a simple life, then I don’t know what is.     🛑 When it comes to building great brands, Siegel+Gale has championed simplicity for over 50 years. To make it tangible, I often invite CMOs and other brand leaders to share an object that represents simplicity to them.
