Just being mesmerized by the neon sky tonight. Brb. 😜 Aside from being very well versed in luxury beauty products, I also have managed sales for fashion and jewelry. I’ve greatly grown my network in the beauty industry, however, if you also have any connections in fashion and jewelry, please hook a sister up. Although I’d really love my next role to be multi unit or regional, I’ve also opened up more to Store Manager and Boutique Director. Locations I’m open to: Minnesota, Las Vegas, Florida or remote. Who am I? Esthetician ✨ Beauty guru ✨ Educator ✨ Sales Manager ✨ Product Demonstrator ✨ Account Executive ✨ Multi Unit Leader ✨ Motivator ✨ Quite honestly, a Jill of all freaking trades. If you want a passionate, empathetic, goal driven, detail oriented leader who can manage over 100 associates and multi-unit, I'm your girl. #luxury #fashionindustry #beauty #jewelry #beautybrands #prestige #dior #chanel #prada #gucci #lvmh #louisvuitton #tiffanyandco #alexandani #opentowork #opentoconnect

Rachel Green, the iconic character from Friends, taught us more than just fashion. Throughout the show's 10 seasons, her career journey provided valuable insights into professional growth and pursuing goals. Starting with no clear direction or formal education, Rachel took a job as a waiter to make ends meet. Despite feeling lost, she understood the importance of starting somewhere. Eventually, Rachel made a bold career change and landed an assistant job at Fortunata Fashions. This opportunity opened doors for her in the fashion industry, leading to positions at Bloomingdale's and Ralph Lauren, and catching the attention of prestigious brands like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. While her series finale decision may have been controversial, there are valuable career lessons we can learn from Rachel Green: ➡️Take one step at a time: Rachel embraced each opportunity to grow in her career, even if it meant starting from the bottom. ➡️Be patient with the process: She understood that success doesn't happen overnight and progressed at her own pace. ➡️ Be clear about what you want: Rachel took the time to reflect on her dissatisfaction with her waiting job and pursued a career in a field that resonated with her interests and values. ➡️ Don't settle for a job you don't like: If you're unhappy, and have the means to pursue something else, create a plan and change directions. ➡️ Networking is important: Rachel's first job and some subsequent career opportunities came from people she knew. Let others know you're job searching, but be discreet during interviews to avoid getting caught, as she did when she was working for Ralph Lauren and pursued Gucci. What other career lessons have you learned from Rachel?

People just love stories. They read books, watch movies and series, they try to satisfy their need for stories. Brands always try to take a little part in it. Measuring the marketability of opportunities around you is a skill. If you are a top-level fashion company in the world, would it help you if you hire a 13-year-old boy as a one-week intern just because you find out on social media that he drawing clothes? But you don't have even to ask yourself why Louis Vuitton just did it. It's a story. Good one. It's public now, and people talk about it: "Hey, there is some 13-year-old kid named Milan in Paris who is hired by Louis Vuitton". A good story, not your product/service, is the way to get in the minds of audiences. #marketing #communication

Greetings to hiring managers. Can you guys actually do the applicants a favor and give them feedback on why you don't even consider their resume or experience for an interview, all I see from big companies an automated reply “ sorry we decided to go ahead with other candidates “ ??? I have barely seen anyone getting hired purely from linkedin or by interest, but on the other hand if there is reference one gets easily hired while someone capable doesn't even deserve a ring to nod into their perspective and talent?? Its disheartening to a level where people lose their energy to even seek for opportunity I don't know how one can actually be seen to at least have a one on one round with the candidate. A paper decides futures for many its just sad!! majidalfuttaim Chalhoub Group Alshaya Group lululemon Apple Apparel Group Samsung Electronics Beside Group Christian Dior Couture Gucci Prada Group Saint Laurent
