Early spring is a time of growing traditions at Stephano Slack LLC (3/15 and 4/15 are just dates, right?). I was honored to host this year's champion's breakfast which included a taste of the south with biscuits and gravy (h/t ANEU Catering), corn muffins and fresh fruit. I'm proud to share that I successfully defended my title again this year, and as such, am already brainstorming the *back2back* menu for next year.
