What is the deal with you buying this Italian soccer team Team? Good question, yes. Complacent. It's Campobasso. Ohh yes, and it's a miraculous story. Special times in the world of soccer. There he is, Mark Consuelos, one of the co-owners of Campobasso FSC, on their way up the ladder over an Italian football club that has clinched promotion from Serie D, the 4th tier in Italian football, up to Siri C, the third tier on the Italian football pyramid. This, just a couple years after suffering serious financial issues, made me so happy to hear just people talking about talking on a morning show. So this team, the combo bossa wolves, ohh we won. Five goals to two, that means they put the ball in the net five times. Chinqua due, I wanted to come out here and a Campobasso jersey. Sign. You have literally rebuilt the team on the run to be in the position we are now. Nothing can stop me, I'm all the way. We are key. And then what's your ultimate goal? Are you looking to go up to B Syria in the end? We have big plans. Our group has always thought big from the beginning, even though it seemed like the craziest idea to give the people of Kabul, Basso, the city and more importantly the whole region something to celebrate. We have such a good group with a long term sustainable plan to keep professional soccer in Campobasso where it belongs, at a high level at all times. I can only imagine 30,000 people in the public. Square. Yes. Yasa Fireworks. Spring sun is setting, golden lights hitting Right, man. Yeah. And then you're you're eating great food. It's like a movie. It is. And have your favorite team, you can love your Wrexham, you can love your Milans, you can love your Man cities. But if you're going to get behind the team that's really an underdog, I think could behind a couple of Boston. Look at that stadium, look at all those fans. We had 70 people our first year. Wow, that is wild. Wild is a good word, yes.

My parents, and my in-laws are from Campobasso, and we visit Termoli every summer. Molise is the best kept secret of Italy. No tourists, all locals, great food, good wine, and half the price of the big tourist areas of Italy.

Championing a Winning Culture in Football During my time working with Ange Postecoglou at club level, where we clinched back-to-back national titles, Ange fostered a culture of unwavering excellence. He expected commitment to a winning mentality from everyone involved—be it players, staff, board members, fans, sponsors, or support personnel. This ethos promotes a positive, forward-thinking environment that propels everyone toward an ultimate collective goal of supreme success. Yet, this drive contrasts starkly with instances in recent days at Spurs where fans preferred their team to lose to prevent a rival, like Arsenal, from winning the title. Choosing this over maintaining hopes for a Champions League spot not only undermines a winning culture but also highlights a deeper systemic issue at Spurs. A genuine passion for football should encourage striving for victory in every match, elevating the club's ambitions rather than compromising them. Ange’s reaction is very typical and understandable. He wants to be surrounded by winners who don’t compromise on the bigger picture. #FootballCulture #WinningMentality
