The main premise of the book would be embracing who you really are and what makes you different than other people. That's why we keep talking about exceptions. Because the whole world typically will try to tell you there's something wrong with you for being different. And this book is all about saying, “no, your job is to figure out why you're different and fully embrace that and figure out what strengths that gives you by being different.” What can you do that others can't? That's a strong theme throughout the book. It's in the title: The Exceptional Minority.
