🌟𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑯𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒏 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 🌟 Our team (Abinaya S,Sanjai L,ROHITH S and Asvitha Senthilkumar) recently participated in the HackBangalore hackathon, where we developed 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭, a platform designed to connect investors and project founders. It was an enriching 24-hour experience filled with collaboration, innovation and problem-solving. Here's to further experiences and learning opportunities in future hackathons! 🚀

Yesterday, We hosted our first hackathon of the year at Luno, with plans for another later this year 🤞. As always, I was amazed by the quality and execution of the entries from every team. We had a total of 18 teams from across the organisation, not just engineering, and dedicated 2 days for them to work on their projects. The results were incredible. The theme for this hackathon was "Keep it simple." Participants were challenged to rethink and improve processes and complex customer journeys, looking beyond the status quo to reimagine how we work and what we create. Here are some key insights I've gathered on the value of hosting a hackathon: 1. Innovation and quick thinking: Hackathons encourage creative thinking and problem-solving, leading to the development of innovative solutions and new ideas that can benefit the 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration and team building: Hackathons bring together employees from different departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration and breaking down silos. Team Building: These events promote collaboration and teamwork, helping employees to build stronger relationships and improve their ability to work together effectively. 3. Customer-Centric Solutions: By focusing on real-world problems, hackathons can lead to solutions that are closely aligned with customer needs and market demands. I am incredibly proud of everyone who participated, our fantastic judges, and the brilliant team that helped organise the event 🚀 .

Mito Group’s Hackathon is all about experimentation, problem-solving, and, most importantly, collaboration. 🤝🏻 All 24 hours of the event were a whirlwind of creativity, where like-minded individuals join forces to come up with ideas and solutions that will leave you in awe. Just competed in the National Level Virtual Innovators Contest – HACKATHON 1.0, and it was an electrifying experience! This nationwide hackathon pushed me to think outside the box and collaborate with other creative minds to develop innovative solutions for [mention the problem statement or theme of the hackathon, if known]. The hackathon offered: Intense Problem-Solving: Worked tirelessly for [duration of the hackathon, e.g., 24 hours] to brainstorm, prototype, and refine our solution. Networking Opportunities: Connected with inspiring fellow innovators and tech enthusiasts from across the country. Exposure to Real-World Challenges: Gained valuable insights into the complexities of [mention the industry or field addressed by the hackathon, if known]. Although the results haven't been announced yet, I'm incredibly proud of what we accomplished as a team. This experience has: Sharpened my problem-solving skills. Boosted my collaborative spirit. Fueled my passion for innovation. Looking forward to future challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact!

Throwback to last year's Hackathon! 🚀 A year ago, fueled by excitement, innovation, and the promise of endless possibilities, our team, alongside the brilliant minds of Lina Bousbih and Youssef Achouri, conceptualized an idea that sparked a new vision in education. Envisioned to combat school dropout, provide guidance in career choices, and prioritize student well-being, Aido was a potential game-changer. The concept involved a digital platform allowing teachers to record attendance and grades, but its true power lay in a predictive algorithm. The algorithm had the potential to identify students most at risk of abandoning their studies, triggering alerts to parents, school administrators, and relevant organizations. The memories of brainstorming sessions, the shared excitement, and the team spirit with fellow innovators still echo in our minds. Aido was a promising project that harnessed the most innovative technologies. We utilized Angular for the frontend, Flutter for the mobile app, Node.js for the backend, Python for the AI and algorithm, and Nx for monorepo management. These technologies collectively ensured a robust and scalable solution capable of making a meaningful impact. As we fondly reminisce about the endless possibilities we explored, I'm grateful for the team spirit, the lessons learned, and the potential impact Aido could make. #TechForGood #HackathonMemories
