CFO and Accounting Transformation

Last weekend was filled with lots of home to-do items: -        Cleaning the house -        Hanging decorations -        Assembling new furniture pieces -        Hosting a dinner party with friends It’s physically exhausting work Especially in 90+ heat and a bum ankle. But through all the sweat and hard work, There’s the satisfying feeling of having everything completed And our house looks better for it. We call that feeling "instant gratification," But really there’s nothing instant about it. This is like redesigning a new accounting tech stack for our clients: -        Weeks of learning exisiting processes -        Talking to stakeholders about expectations -        Understanding how systems are being used -        Identify software solutions that improve automation When our clients are dedicated to the redesign project, We can move through these steps quickly And get to the finish line, So everyone can have that feeling of “instant gratification.” Our preferred suite of tools include: -       Sage Intacct -       Ramp -       BILL -       BlackLine -       DataBlend -       Workforce Go -       FinQuery, Formerly LeaseQuery When our clients have a preferred of tools, We love to evaluate and learn about them as well. I love the analogy! How do you ensure that the transition of aligning new tools with existing workflows is smooth? Matthew

It sounds like you had a productive weekend! Your analogy of home tasks to redesigning an accounting tech stack effectively captures the process and satisfaction of completing complex projects.
