🌀Tropical Storm #Alberto, the first named storm of the hurricane season, intensified to 50 mph as it made landfall in #Mexico, bringing up to 20 inches of rain and threatening flooding in the area and parts of Texas. I'm making the next hurricane hot issue prediction now. Florida's change relative to 30 lb felt is the new 25% rule. Better prep your rosters now with very specific experts on the interactions of multiple underlayments working together. Probably won't find them here though. Might want to look for them in areas like Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, or Minnesota where roofs are built with underlayment requirements that are different on different areas of the roofs to combat ice dams, or at least used to be.
