A mascot could definitely add a fun element to your brand. Perhaps something that represents your company's values and community spirit. What do you think about incorporating local culture into the mascot's design?
How about The Billy Buffalo Mascot taking an internship at night at West Herr and training to be a better technician. It would send a good positive message out to the Gen Z and Millenials to invest in themselves and proper training before committing themselves to a career path. BTW, if you need someone in the dealerships with management/HR experience in the industry I’m available to hire as a consultant and HR Generalist.

1moA mascot is a really interesting idea. There's a lot of great educational content you could create with one. Plus then you could animate #TeamWestHerr and have Josh, Dion and Dawson interact with the mascot. It's name is obviously Scott or Bieler.
