🚀 Case Study: Automation at Brugse Beer – A Step Towards Efficiency with Peak-Automations! 🥊 Hello everyone I’m Maxim Vandycke, founder of Peak-Automations, and I’d like to share a recent collaboration that demonstrates how we help businesses streamline time-consuming processes. Recently, we worked with Brugse Beer, a boxing and kickboxing gym, to automate their customer management and Email traffic. Here’s a look at our process: 1. Initial Meeting & Problem Analysis We started with an extensive meeting with the Brugse Beer team to understand their current challenges. They were struggling with manually managing their customer database, which was time-consuming and tedious. Our goal was to automate and optimize this process. 2. Design & Planning After identifying the bottlenecks, we developed a plan for an automated system that would streamline customer management. This included a user-friendly platform where customer data could be easily entered, updated, and accessed. 3. Implementation & Training We developed and implemented the system, ensuring a seamless integration with their existing processes. We then trained the Brugse Beer team to use the new system effectively, allowing them to get started right away. 4. Delivery & Satisfaction The new automated customer management system was delivered on time and within budget. The Brugse Beer team was very satisfied with the result, as they now spend significantly less time on administrative tasks and can focus more on their core activities – training and coaching. 5. Aftercare & Maintenance At Peak-Automations, we believe that our relationship with the client doesn’t end at delivery. We continue to work closely with Brugse Beer to quickly resolve any technical issues and maintain open communication for further improvements and suggestions. The Power of AI What makes this automation even more powerful is the use of AI. By integrating AI technology, we can not only automate processes but also make them smarter. AI can recognize patterns, make predictions, and take over routine tasks, allowing business owners like you to focus more on the most important aspects of your business. It reduces human error and increases efficiency, leading to a better customer experience and more growth opportunities. At Peak-Automations, we strive to help businesses like Brugse Beer grow by relieving them of time-consuming administrative tasks. Interested in what we can do for your business? Feel free to contact me at [email protected] or you can plan a meeting with me via the link down below. ⏰ ⏰ ⏰ All of the other speakers already announced their spot. And I am late to the party again. Wanna know, why I am late? 'Cause being your own team is really bloody hard. Especially in Customer Success. 👉 Retentions 👉 Upsell 👉 Technical questions from every team 👉 Explaining stuff, you have explained a million times before You know where I am going with this, right? It does really feel like juggling too many balls at once. 🤹♂️ Because I am struggling with this, and ... because I was asked to give a talk in a "circus", I thought I will make this the topic of that very masterclass! So join me on the in session, with the (rather fitting) title: 🎪 "A quick guide to juggling - 3 tips for succeeding with small teams" 🎪 I'll do my best to go through the 3 most important pillars of successful CS, where to find help, where to cut corners and where not to do so. But hurry now! I hear there are only a small amount of seats/tickets left! 🎫 https://lnkd.in/epiXa5Af You will be able to find me in the MASTERCLASS 2, at 11.30. The best time really. Just before the lunch break 😎 Follow ARRtist Circus for updates. And if you happen to be bored and want to check out some of the speakers beforehand, to get a taste of their content, I can recommend these fellows here: Linus 🚀 Haferkemper, Lena Theres Zimmermann, Dennis André Ollig and Ewelina Hulboj. Say hi from me, if you do connect with them. #JoinTheCircus

There is a huge overlap between therapy and coaching - they use the same philosophies, same interventions and work with the same theories of human nature. The difference only really comes from the point of entry (be that in the practitioners training or clients experience) and this has created what I firmly believe is a false separation between the two fields. Typically psychotherapists do have more specific training than coaches in dealing with psychological distress so clients should be aware of that of course, but with the growing recognition that empathy, selfawareness and authenticity are important in the workplace there is a greater demand for deep emotional work in what was traditionally a space reserved for those trained as coaches. It’s so exciting to see the whole individual being valued and supported. I’m sure there will be a rise in dual qualified practitioners in the near future as coaches and therapists navigate the coming together of two different disciplines that really aren’t so different #therapy #coaching #personaldevelopment #HR #workplacewellbeing #emapthy #selfawareness
Oliva has changed... I've had some great catch up with customers this week. One thing that has come out of it has been how employees are changing the way they see Oliva. One customer told me previously their team thought of us as 'treatment' for when they were going through tough times. But now with the professional coaches, workshops and self-guided they look at us as a way to grow and work on themselves much more often. And that's the way our industry is moving. Proactive self-care and development. Not just reactive care. Love to hear it!

After a decade in the cannabis/hemp space, I’m setting my sights on startups in CPG, focusing on Natural Foods. This pivot marks the beginning of an exciting journey into an industry that’s not just about food, but a movement towards healthier living and sustainability. To kickstart this adventure, I’m diving deep into one specific topic at a time, starting with a comprehensive overview of the natural foods sector. My aim is to understand the ecosystem, from trends and challenges to innovation and success stories. Here’s my ask: I’m looking for experts willing to share their insights during a brief, 30-minute interview focused initially on understanding the natural foods landscape. The areas I’m to explore include: 1. Industry Overview: What defines the natural foods space? 2. Technology and Systems: How is AI shaping the future? What are the better software systems that help sales and operations? 3. Sales Strategies: What channels and tactics lead to success? 4. E-commerce Trends: How are brands thriving online? 5. Branding & Presence: What makes a natural food brand stand out? Your guidance and expertise will significantly impact my transition into the industry. I’m excited for the opportunity to connect, learn, and share the journey with all of you. Thank you for considering sharing your time and insights. Let’s explore the potential for innovation and growth in the natural foods sector together! Please schedule a time here: https://lnkd.in/gVAgNviy
