Growing business through strategic partnerships 📈

🌟 5 Things Starting a Business Taught Me About Planning and Executing a Great Time at Glastonbury 🌟 1. Market Research is Key 🕵️♂️ Starting a business? Know your market. Heading to Glastonbury? Know your lineup. Remember, you don't want to be the one who misses Cold Play because you were stuck on the wrong side of the festival. 2. Teamwork Makes the Dream Work 🤝 Business partnerships and festival buddies are basically the same thing. Surround yourself with people who won't flake when it's time to pitch a tent or dance till 6AM. Choose wisely, both tasks require a cool head and great character. 3. Budgeting Like a Pro 💸 Launching a startup and surviving Glastonbury both require financial wizardry. Allocate funds for essentials: your MVP (Most Vital Provisions) – in this case, Signature Brew beers, LoveRaw® bars and PREPEAR hangover pouches are crucial. Remember, running out of cash here is like running out of runway in a startup – not good! 4. Expect the Unexpected 🌧️ Business plans and festival forecasts are both prone to sudden changes. Rain? Backstage opportunities? Spontaneous sing-alongs? Embrace the chaos! The ability to pivot is crucial, whether it’s in your business strategy or your choice of wellies. Thank you Rupinder Virdee for that Burna Boy side of stage experience 🤩 5. Networking Opportunities 🌐 Business conferences and music festivals both offer amazing networking opportunities. The guy in the Led Zeppelin t-shirt could be your next investor. Due Lipa could talk to you about Provocativo…. I know crazy right! Just be prepared to pitch your startup idea over the sound of 10,000 people singing “It was all Yellow.” Bonus Tip: Always Have a Backup Plan 📋 In both startups and festivals, things rarely go as planned. Have a backup plan, whether it's for a crucial meeting or the secret rave set in the hidden field. So, whether you're scaling a business or scaling a Glastonbury fence (totally hypothetically, of course 😏), remember these lessons. Rock on, entrepreneurs and festival-goers! 🎸🚀 #BusinessLessons #EntrepreneurLife #Glastonbury
