If you put enough winners on your team, you'll win. I firmly believe in elevating my perspective, consistently thinking one or two levels above my current role. My time working on the front lines in the fuel hauling industry has given me a unique perspective on identifying winners. In this industry, drivers are often seen merely as commodities. Interchangeable. I suspect, though, that there's more to it than meets the eye. While it's true that drivers share a common skill set, delving deeper into this 'commodity' can yield substantial benefits for management. Beyond merely getting the job done, some drivers excel at their work while causing minimal disruption. Identifying and nurturing these exceptional individuals can wield a profound impact on your team's overall success.

Backlinks are essentially the internet's version of sources you see at the end of books or scientific papers, just embedded more efficiently. If a someone clicks on a link to a page that's verifying a fact or offering additional information, that link should go somewhere trustworthy, not to a random page or suspicious website. Backlinks are meant to build trust and lend authority to content. When they are done for the sake of 'having backlinks,' the content loses value and just becomes another string of words on a page.
