Our Tubex ® pile is a vibration-free full displacement bored pile with permanent steel casing. Installation possible with zero-emission machine ! The standard diameters of the Tubex piles are 168mm, 219mm, 324mm, 355mm, 406mm, 457mm, 508mm, 609mm, 711mm, 762mm with a pile base of 320mm, 450mm, 560mm, 670mm, 850mm and 950mm. The Tubex ® pile is reinforced with a reinforcing cage made of iron bars. Depending on the loads, the reinforcement cage is produced and installed in different diameters with the selected longitudinal bars and the spiral reinforcement. We always consider longevity and ease-of-servicing when designing our packaged pumping stations. This foul station features DN80 ductile pipework with braced Viking-Johnson dismantling joints, our unique stainless-steel tank connector and an award-winning MagnaPro chamber. Choices made at the design stage can have a dramatic effect on the life expectancy of a pumping station, the ease and cost of servicing and the risk of breakdown (with the disruption and costs it incurs). When considering the lifetime of the pumping station the cheapest option is seldom the cheapest overall. Many online sellers (and construction companies) have no interest in the long-term. Project Update!👨🏭 We have now installed the Axial Cyclone for Baghouse #2 for the Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) fume treatment plant project at Algoma Steel Inc. What is an Axial Cyclone and what does it do? The cyclone is located on the secondary fumes suction line before the Bag Filter. Its function is to separate the coarser dust, from the main-stream, thus avoiding unnecessary filter loading, and the ignited coal particles from causing damage to the filter bags.   The cyclone is made up of a cylindrical external shell equipped with an internal static rotor designed to give the fumes a rotational axial motion. Due to the centrifugal force, the heavier and sparks particles are brought in contact with the outer shell and spent and stopped by friction. Fume discharging is through a pyramidal hopper placed along the cyclone axis. The recovered particle matter is collected in the hopper located underneath the cyclone and then conveyed by means of a pneumatic transport system to the storage silos. Great job to all parties involved including Elliott Engineering who designed the lift plan for this work.
