🌷 Last week, I had the incredible experience of attending Blossom Social's investor event in Toronto. Picture this: 600 investors and brand champions all under one roof. This is the true essence of community building. The standout panels at the event covered everything from real estate and AI to dividends, featuring some of North America's top investing influencers, including Braden Dennis, Daniel Pronk, Richard Coffin, CFA, CFP (aka The Plain Bagel ), Eric Pan (aka Ericnomics), Cody Yeh, Nathan Kennedy (aka New Money Nate Media), Adrian Bar (aka Canadian in a T-Shirt ), Shay Huang (aka The Humbled Trader), Joyee Yang, Navjot Bindra (Nav) (aka Grow with Nav Inc), and Matt Shoss. 📢 📖 It's one thing to see investor numbers tick up on a campaign page, but seeing this level of in-person support and endorsement is on another level. Hundreds of investors showing up to back a company and a founder they believe in—absolutely inspiring. The Blossom community is a melting pot of diversity, with people of all ages and backgrounds united by their passion for investing. The sense of kinship and community was truly tangible and serves as a compelling testament to the game-changing impact of equity crowdfunding. Not only does it empower local businesses, create jobs, and fortify communities, but it also champions diverse entrepreneurship and catalyzes innovation in our financial landscape.
