Thanks Dave! 🙌 I love 💕 when clients push back and challenge recommendations or regulations. A great recommendation can always withstand further scrutiny. ✔ I love 💕 when clients ask why and want to push the boundaries to provide the best possible care for residents, all while improving the bottom line. Recently I had a client push back and say, "Are you sure there isn't any way we can build that information into our EMR?" And when they challenged me and I thought it through differently, we were able to crack the golden 🥇 goose and figure out a new way to create something that has evaded us since #PDPM started. I just had another client question the results of a financial analysis. We are excited to get on a call this week to alleviate their concerns because we did the audit the right way and can support every finding in the audit with facts. Don't fear additional scrutiny - if we have done our job right and made good recommendations, a healthy discussion around these will always stand up. And it may even lead us to new heights we didn't think were possible! 🌄

$75million!?! That’s such a small number to cover the unfunded staffing mandate. 🤦♀️ CMS is actually proposing that a paltry $1.5 million per state is really going to make a difference with 90% of SNFs needing more staff that literallly doesn’t even exist. Advocate! 📣 Now! ⏰ Before it’s too late! 🥹 Repeal the unfunded and impossible staffing mandate! Seniors need us…and someday if we need a SNF there may not be one if we don’t stand up today.
