The 2024 MetLife Global Hackathon was bigger and better than ever with 3,600 registrants, 350 teams, 120 team mentors and 20,000 community votes! The Autobots team from Asia took the top prize for their idea to revolutionize end-to-end customer care with a 24/7 voice-based AI chatbot with real-time intelligence, aimed at achieving faster response times and consistent service that improves efficiency and the customer experience — an idea that will be prioritized for potential implementation at MetLife. Congratulations to all of our amazing participants and the winning team!

MetLife is expanding our relationship with technology solutions provider Micruity to enhance plan participant education and access to retirement income solutions. This latest collaboration between our two firms is developing a new digital platform to help participants make more informed retirement planning decisions.
