The PlaylistSupply team has been hard at work on this new feature and we are excited to finally announce its release! As long as I have worked in #musicbusiness the question has always been "How can we know if the playlist is legit??" Introducing PlaylistVet🔎. Our team built a first-of-its-kind intelligent cross-referencing validation system on AI that cross checks “Discovered On” playlists found on an artist’s profile with all artists in a given playlist. If this playlist appears on many profiles and has lots of eyeballs, it receives a higher ranking. ✨ This is the PlaylistSupply answer to "Good" VS "Bad" playlists and there is nothing like it out right now. While many of our #musicindustry copycats have found shortcuts and "passable" ways to determine quality, we did not want to rush a solution to a complex problem. Not just a "flagging" or "botted" tag but an actual metric that could be compared against others for users to make their own informed decision with the data. Sure there are "Botted" playlists but those are the ones the LABELS are using. "Blur - Popscene (4K Official Music Video)" To say Blur are a creative band is an understatement, but when by pure chance I came across 'Popscene' I don't think I really knew Blur when this was release in 1992 and we certainly didn't have such controlling power of at your finger tips 'On Demand' music and music with its videos so this song slipped by me for a very long time.   Seeing the video for the first time a large part of it is the original video direction for their much more modern song "Song 2.  Is this why they called "Song 2" this?  I do think that was major factor in "Song 2" title. I do now wonder what made Blur when making "Song 2" to decide to based it on the "Popscene" song music video, usually music bands videos are unique for each one unless they are running in a series like current "Empire of the Sun" but Blur's "Popscene" and "Song 2" are far too many songs and years apart. In the 1990's Blur vs Oasis was a fierce battle in the Brit Pop/Brit Rock scene and lucky for Oasis they were asked to perform on MTV Unplugged. It suddenly came to mind that why wasn't Blur requested by MTV to perform "Blur - Unplugged" as I think many of the unique sounding songs from Blur would of worked like Magic on MTV Unplugged.
