Today marks the anniversary of a day that forever changed many lives—a day of profound loss and unparalleled bravery. On August 26, 2021, 13 U.S. service members made the ultimate sacrifice during the evacuation efforts at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan. Amid a national conversation about IVF pregnancies, I am reminded of how blessed my family is to have 6 happy and healthy cousins! Including one who was conceived via IVF- our life would be so much exciting less without little Brooks! We must support any possible way to bring more new life into this world. For families struggling with the ability to conceive, IVF can be a saving grace to starting a family.
