Just attended the Miami Boat Show and this one was a show stopper… fully electric, great range (went to the Bahamas on a single charge), environmentally pristine and fast as… well you know …

Ok Michael I agree its pretty cool but the single charge trip took 20 hours to go 90 miles. 4.5 miles per hour. 🤔

Love that show....it's one of my favorites because it's so complete--and there is always something like this craft, that pushes the envelope. I ordered my first re-power during that show! It might also be cool to use something like this technology for Sunday afternoon, lazy pontoon boat parties, perhaps. It would not surprise me it something like that already exists. There was a display at the Miami show years ago showing Nile river type, surry-top cruisers, that were all electric, but they were definitely not speed demons. How long before Musk takes an interest one might wonder? Thanks for sharing this MC!

As with all boats, going faster requires exponentially higher amounts of power. The simplicity and reliability of electric power should be a huge advantage as electric technology develops.
