Principal, Architect at TLB Architecture, LLC

After years of planning, design and construction, CT DAS and DEEP celebrated the opening of DEEP's West District HQ at Black Rock State Park. Following remarks from Lt. Governor Susan Bysiewicz, DEEP Commissioner Katie Dykes, DAS Commissioner Michelle Gilman, Kait Toczko, Board member of BuildGreenCT, State Senator Eric Berthal and State Legislator John Piscopo the ribbon was cut, and the tours began. TLB Architecture, LLC is thrilled to be part of the diverse and talented team that brought this Net Zero, LEED Platinum building to fruition. It was made possible through the hard work and commitment of TLBA, CES Engineers, GNCB Engineers, Martinez Couch and Associates, Richter & Cegan, Atelier 10, The Nutmeg Companies, Atane, Sustainable Engineering Solutions and an army of sub-contractors and suppliers. A special thanks to DAS Project Management, DEEP Engineering, OSBI and OSFM for their steady hand guiding the project.
