I come from an industry that is predominantly powered by #women However, even today, most industries are dominated by men. In 2022, #data collected from the International Labour Organization concluded that, out of 180 countries - the #unitedstates ranks number 71 for % of women in the workforce. The percentage of women in the #workforce in the U.S is 46.38% Women remain #underrepresented at all levels, in most industries. Nancy on who inspires her: "I admire the many women out there rejecting the scarcity narrative—the dated and unproductive notion that there is only so much space for us and that we must compete with each other for crumbs. I admire women telling our stories and taking up space. Not pretending NOT to be interested in things that are interesting to us. Not pretending to be ok with things that are not ok. I admire all the women who are committed to changing the narrative, changing the game, and ultimately changing the world. One human, one story, one action at a time."
