Here’s my take on this, and I am neither a doctor nor scientist, but I am a cognitively capable individual. After the blatantly political reaction and authoritarian crackdowns of the Covid fiasco, I simply do not trust the CDC. This is the problem with corrupt institutions, and make no bones about it, our institutions are among the most corrupt in the world, although I must admit that the depth of their depravity is only recently coming to full light. I simply cannot fully trust any pronouncement from the WHO, or CDC, or White House, or state department, or department of defense, or department of “justice“… as they have all proven themselves profoundly unworthy of my trust due to their consistent and egregious lies and disinformation, and willful denigration of the desires of the majority of the American people. Our country needs to go back to the constitution that served us so well and for so long. Our country needs to reject the insanity of globalist agendas, and return to a place where the interests of our nation takes precedence over globalist interests. Our country needs to divest itself of the bureaucratic state, which runs on graft and bloodlust. Our country must return to sanity, to traditional values, and a commitment to doing what is just, and right, and honorable, in all instances and without exception. It must regain the trust of the people, which has been shattered.

The choice of the day — February 28 or 29, in leap years — is symbolic and refers to the unusual nature of the pathologies. The Ministry of Health determines that rare diseases are those that affect up to 65 people in every 100 thousand individuals or 1.3 in every 2 thousand individuals.
