Another example of Mentorship to upcoming Leaders. Although, i have never been to CEO Institute & don't know if I want to be, the USB of forum is that it is in itself full of business leaders. That's why I love the whole idea & philosophy of Mentorship because it works like that - if you have a great Mentor, you probably won't need to attend a School as happens with many CEO's who haven't attended degree schools & those who go to school, Mentors are like catalyst for success. Have you completed the apprentice phase in your industry? There is no bypassing this phase according to Robert Greene in his book The Daily Laws. I am inclined to agree but wonder when the apprentice phase ends, if it ever ends. Does it mean you are no longer learning when you are out of the apprentice phase? In which case I am still very much in it in all the industry I work in.
