My client was flabbergasted. He said to me, “Michelle, why did my electrophysiologist insist that the only way I can get rid of my Afib is with an ablation?” Working with me in my VIP program, my client was thrilled to see his BP respond so well to science based nutrition that focused on ADDING in nutrients into his diet! In just 3 weeks (his BP went from 150/85mmHg to 112/72mmHg, and has stayed there for over 4 months) and has been going strong with no afib episodes for over 4 months (a very long stretch for him!). He was annoyed (to say the least) that over the last 5 years of seeing an electrophysiologist, the doctor never mentioned anything about blood pressure and Afib or how nutrition can help prevent and put Afib into remission. The only treatment option he proposed to him was an ablation. ⭐️ Whether you need an ablation or not, it is VITAL that you add in science based nutrition that addresses the cause for your Afib - from high blood pressure to nutrient deficiencies to gut imbalances to obesity to insulin resistance, etc. ⭐️ And that also helps lower the risk of complications - addressing vascular health, blood viscosity, blood flow and endothelial function.
⚠️ Because the truth is the Afib will likely com back even with an ablation, if you do not take a preventive arm to your treatment plan. ❤️ While many will chock up Afib as “an annoyance,” I want to stress that it needs to be controlled because it increases the risk of blood clots, strokes, heart failure and vascular dementia! ⭐️ We can PREVENT it and its complications but we must be proactive in doing so! The AHA highlighted that the management of Afib is currently underrecognized and underutilized, emphasizing the potential to achieve remission through science-based lifestyle interventions. https://lnkd.in/e9m7Jxjn I'm creating a series of posts on Afib because it's often overlooked in discussions about science-based nutrition, yet it's crucial to address! 👉🏼Check out my stories for Q+A on Afib! 💫 For more heart disease prevention tips, join my email list here: https://lnkd.in/eAEbtf_E #afibdiett #afib #tachycardia #cardiacablationrecovery #afibawareness #cardiacablation #cardiaccathlab #atrialfibrillationawareness #atrialfibrillationablation #cardiovasculardisease #hearthealth #ablation #heartdisease #hearthealthydiet #cardiacdiet #atrialfibrillation #afibsucks #arrhythmia #cardioversion#hearthealthy #hearthealthyfoods #strokeprevention #cardiacsurgery #afibablation #highbloodpressure #afibawarenessmonth #highcholesterol #heartattackprevention #heartattacksurvivor #heartdiseaseawareness
