Pero no se limiten a creer que solo afecta a la salud y felicidad de los empleados, eso es solo el comienzo, necesitamos que esos empleados expandan su potencial a un nivel que no pudimos prever, se viene un nuevo mundo, esos empleados forman parte de él, y son parte de lo que harán ese mundo mucho mejor. A chance to delegate boring, repetitive tasks to a minion who never complains and is available 24/7 is obviously an attractive option that makes every job more appealing. The thing is: the GenAI revolution revealed how many office jobs are redundant in fact. And yes, layoffs reached Microsoft as well.
