For me, that means taking a second every now and then to reflect. Check on your emotions, relationships, finances, etc.

𝐒𝐞𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐠𝐨 𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐠𝐨. 𝐖𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲? 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐫? 𝐈𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Whether it’s taking more time for yourself, working out more, seeing your family or friends more…whatever you feel needs to change, do it.

With that being said, it’s also important to take a second to realize that the old you would be proud of where you’re at and what you’ve accomplished, and that the future you is going to make an even bigger leap.
