New research shows #ExerciseSnacking that's 3.5 minutes per day of vigorous activity, such as climbing stairs, can reduce overall cancer risk by 17-18% compared with no vigorous activity.

I used to love to world of wine (still do). You know what I didn't love? Inventory management. Cellars full of bottles that I had to hand count and order to prepare for upcoming reservations. I had spreadsheets, sure. But the spreadsheets didn't know when someone had pulled a bottle and written it down on a sticky note (that ended up in the trash) so it was all very manual. It was embarrassing to not have a listed bottle in stock, or have the wrong vintage. Not to mention I would have to spend hours doing this when I could have focused on countless other tasks that made service smoother for the whole restaurant. Inventory management may just seem like a small facet of optimizing any process, but it really makes an impact. #samplemanagement #clinicaltrials #clinicalinventory #dataintegrity
