Scaling GenAI isn't straightforward. We're seeing two distinct paths to scale that work well. 1. The path of optimization. Focus on efficiency to create self-funding momentum. Works well for mature, large scale businesses that need to avoid risk exposure to established revenue streams. 2. The path of disruption. Focus on market impact, start simple and then scale. Works well for scale-ups and challenger propositions that are unconstrained by existing approaches. Organisations can gain more traction by sharpening their focus to either or both of these pathways and then using this philosophy to prioritise consistently.
