I 2x my client’s businesses by doing just one thing, over and over The most useful framework you can use for business growth, hands down Introducing the Law of Constraints Specifically: “A business will grow until it hits its biggest constraint” There is a weakest link in every business. It exists It is holding you back Ignoring it will not make it disappear This weak link will make or break your business! Therefore, 100% of your time working “on the business” should be spent removing your biggest constraint. Example: If you are only getting 1 sales call per week (constraint), You need to generate more meetings Duh. So you need to: - Do more cold outreach - Ask for referrals - Create content with a CTA to book a call (if you have an audience) You do NOT need to: - Update your website - Rebrand yourself - Update your sales script Spend your time doing the activity which most directly removes your constraint. "𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘺 #1 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵?" Good question! 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: Write down your business KPIs: Examples: - Content Impressions / Week - Discovery Meetings / Week - Close Rate - Average client lifetime - Gross Profit Margin / Client - Lifetime Value per Client Most likely, one of these numbers will be much lower than you want. That’s your constraint. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: Determine - Why this is your constraint - When the constraint can be considered “removed” - Why you haven’t done it yet - What you believe is the most effective series of actions (Here’s a hint): 𝟵𝟱% 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀/𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿: 1️- Offer 2️- No. of Discovery Calls 3️- Sales 4️- Fulfilment 5️- Team “𝘖𝘬𝘢𝘺, 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘺 #1 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵 𝘕𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵?” ✅ Hypothesize a solution on how to solve the constraint ✅Test the solution and make any necessary changes ✅Find the next constraint Your ease and speed of business growth depend on: - How well you identify constraints - How you emotionally react to them - How fast you hypothesize and test solutions - How long you persist without giving up Let's start now! The secret to a successful business? 👇 CONFIDENCE.  I know it sounds a little cliche, but if you want to have a good business, you need a good sales strategy, and you cannot sell your product/service without confidence.  Why? Because if you aren't confident enough in what you are selling, why would your audience trust you enough to buy from you?  Mindset is a huge part of your business. It's actually something I work with all of my clients on. A few months ago, I helped a fantastic, intelligent and vibrant client to run a free masterclass that would help her to get more people in her funnel, and sell her program. During the masterclass, when it came to selling, she lost confidence. Your messaging must resonate with your audience so they reach out to you and say "Wow! It's like you're reading my mind, how can I work with you?" 5) Persistent consistency!! 📈📔 SHOW UP and SHINE...get you and your beautiful message and mission out into the world so your people can find you!! Keep your promises to yourself too and be relentless in your consistent mindset work!! You can shift the needle on your results within a few short days when you get these fundamentals nailed on. This is why you're not achieving your full potential. Perfectionism is the worst enemy of progress. Embrace that most things will not go as expected. The moment of truth is when you decide what your next step will be. Don't get emotionally attached to that new feature or whatever shiny object. You should not be making compromises to speedy delivery or innovation. Reduce your scope if it saves you significant time. You will slow down at first, but will make up for that at least 10X after. Here's my thought process: · Scope reduction = faster delivery. · Faster delivery = faster results. · Faster results = better insights. · Better insights = making better choices. · Making better choices = improvement. · Improvement = knowing what I need. · Knowing what I need = focus on impact. · Focus on impact = increased chance of success This has worked for me every time. And - more importantly - will bring your time from execution to success down tremendously. Don't lose yourself in the details. Cut out the fluff.
