Genuine People: Genuine Care: At ESA we exist to care for people who are building a better future for themselves and their families. Jamie, Nadia, and I had the opportunity in Denver to spend time with our DMs CJ and Jesse along with other members of the local management team at the headquarters for Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountain Region. The partnership they have built to support new comers was very inspiring and highlighted for me just how our leaders are brining our values to life. #caringforourcommunity

Genuine People: Genuine Care: Nothing like being in Denver when it is above 90 degrees (hotter than back home in the ATL) and visiting GM Teresa and the team at South Aurora, an outside corridor hotel. Not missing a beat with the heat, her and her team are making great strides at the hotel with a continued focus on delivering a great experience. #keepupthegoodwork

Genuine People: Genuine Care: On the ground this week in Denver visiting our teams and had the opportunity to meet Raffi. He is our AGM at the Aurora North hotel and immigrated from Afghanistan several years ago. He started out just under a year ago at ESA in housekeeping and look at him now, AGM!!! #futurerockstar
