I have formally left Marriott. There are so many things that I learn about and observed while working here. I want to thank everyone who knows me 🩷 Here I share a few points of view about me in Sales Industry
1. Confident - Bring a high level of confidence with you wherever you go because that is your own brand. One of the things that might boost your confidence is grooming professionaly.
2. Sales Technique - I never imagined that I would be in the sales industry, and it has been an incredible roller coaster ride. When you work in this field, the thought of how to approach the client will come to you naturally and passionatelly. Depending on how you handle things. I'm delighted to report that, despite the fact that I was a sales coordinator who wasn't in charge of an account, my colleague gave me the opportunity to attempt doing the sales, inspections, and customer service on my own, and I was managed converted more than 100k in sales.
3. Communication - One of the most crucial aspects of good teamwork and organisation is communication.
4. Coordinate Department - I enjoy doing administrative tasks. When everything is completely done, I feel satisfied inside. gradually gained expertise. Besides, We do commemorate significant occasions in our department, such as monthly birthdays, open houses, and accomplishments. I love when each of my coworkers feels valued.
5. Learning Process - Based on my experience, I'll think that it's natural to need some time to understand all the tasks and everything as you are the one doing them. It's okay for you to handle it slowly.
6. Compliment - One of my achievement i can say is, It means a lot that my director of sales, Puan Farah, compliment me as a "Fast Learner worker " and I'm proud of myself. One words might change your day ✨
7. Be Yourself - Be who you are and ignore the negativity. Stand for yourself ✨
I believe this to be the end. However, I wish to work with Marriott again in the future. InshaAllah ❤️
