Commercial Excellence | Helping Customers Achieve Peak Performance

As I gear up for my final week in Austin, I catch myself reminiscing on the past three years. I took a leap of faith moving here for a job without ever visiting the city — just me, my car, and whatever I could possibly manage to cram into it. I knew no one here. I am a first generation college grad who had no pre-existing professional network or clue on how to navigate corporate America. I had to build my own "village" in Texas from scratch. I remember hoping that the gamble of moving somewhere brand new would be worth it. It took a lot of hard work, stepping out of my comfort zone, and more lonely days filled with tears than I’d like to admit. Sometimes, I can't believe I actually did it. But now, three years later, the hardest part of leaving is the people... I met so many incredible friends/colleagues, mentors that will be with me for a lifetime, and built a network bigger than I could've ever imagined. I'm leaving Austin with so many new tools in my belt and kind, smart people in my corner. I couldn't be more grateful! To all of those who have given me advice, listened to me, and championed me in rooms where I may not have been in — thank you for everything! 💌
