I attended last week's session on creating opportunities. Such a great experience to be surrounded by other like-minded, strong female leaders. A couple things that stuck with me: *BLUF (bottom line up front) - To communicate effectively, provide the reader with the most important information first. *Default Aggressive as a character trait. Default aggressive means taking decisive action. It's a confident, independent and proactive default approach to real-time challenges.
