Ministry of Defence of Singapore’s Post

MINDEF and the United States (US) Department of Defense (DoD) signed a Statement of Intent (SOI) regarding Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Cooperation. The SOI was signed by MINDEF’s Deputy Secretary (Technology) BG Yew Chee Leung and US DoD’s Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer Dr Radha Iyengar Plumb, and enables both defence establishments to discuss approaches and exchange best practices on leveraging these technologies. The signing of the SOI builds on MINDEF’s and the United States Department of Defense's long-standing defence technology cooperation, where both countries agreed to cooperate in new, advanced and niche areas, and further defence cooperation in existing military, policy, strategic technology, and non-conventional security spheres.

This is exciting news! BESPIN and RAiD started on a strategic partnership with collaborating on DevSecOps best practices two years ago and will be awesome to see how this SOI will continue to fuel this amazing partnership.
