Good morning LinkedIn community, REMEMBRANCE!!! It's true that we often face challenges and obstacles that can wear us down and make us lose sight of our goals and desires. Having a system of remembrance can indeed be a powerful tool to keep us motivated and focused on our aspirations. By creating visual reminders or affirmations that reflect our goals and values, we can constantly reinforce our commitment to personal growth. Whether it's writing confessions on our devices or walls, or creating vision boards, these tangible reminders can serve as anchors to help us stay on track and remind us of the "who" we aspire to become. It's important to cultivate practices that keep us connected to our aspirations and remind us of the journey we are on.

All of us have faced the feeling of not fitting in, of not being able to keep up with the pace of those around us. It's easy to let our flaws define us, but we need to remember that we are all unique and have our own path to follow. Let's not waste our time trying to fit into a mold that wasn't made for us. Instead, let's take the time to find the path that truly suits us. It may take patience, but once we find our own road, we'll be able to speed up our journey towards success. I feel jealous of my fellow creators. It’s only natural to feel envious when you see fellow creators with less experience getting more likes and engagement than you. Comparisons can make us doubt ourselves and question if we're good enough. (that’s imposter syndrome) I'd be lying if I said it doesn't sting when someone with less expertise grows faster than me. We all want to feel valued and successful. But at the end of the day, everyone is on their path. How we react to these feelings is what matters. Rather than spiraling into self-doubt, I try to reframe the situation. 👉Their success does not take away from mine. 👉There are enough opportunities for all of us. 👉I focus on learning from others' strengths while continuing to play to my own. I sometimes wonder if chasing metrics like followers and likes leads to meaningful growth. The growth I'm chasing is through conversations and connections that deliver value, not just vanity numbers. I'm happy that I'm nailing that part nicely. The key is to compare yourself to yourself from yesterday. Look at your own progress and growth day by day, not others.
