Frequently review goals with each member of your team to discuss what is working, not working, where they need support, or if the goal needs to be revised. Basically promoting with out proper skill analysis of leadership makes the organisation much riskier. Leadership is not achieving targets but it is managing strategy of acceptably . It is only possibly a man’s managerial skill to understand his team and delivering the required skills and way outs to keep the mission ably involved and participated by his team . Work should be enjoyable and worthwhile for everyone in team Top management in many of the places are immature to their roles . But again many super managers quit as they will not be in position to deliver their skills .
