We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to join forces and host a community reception this week with one of our fiscally sponsored projects, Butcher, Baker Candlestick Maker: a photography exhibit created by Rebecca Smith and TJ Carter to celebrate the spirit of artisan businesses in the city of San Diego. Being that this exhibit highlights small business owners, it was a perfect fit to have some of our Mission Edge Impact Lab participants and alumni join us for an evening at UC San Diego Park & Market. The community reception featured local bites from small businesses and candles from one of the 5 amazing artisans highlighted in the exhibit, Moo LaLa Skincare. Thank you to everyone who attended!
