Specifically, our Group has acquired ‘Messonghi Beach Hotel’, a 4* beachfront all-inclusive resort in the area of Messonghi and signed a 10-year Management Agreement for ‘Belvedere Hotel’, a 3* seaside all-inclusive hotel in the area of Agios Ioannis Peristeron. Surrounded by lush greenery and a natural river, it combines mountain and sea views, offering accommodations with views to the pool, garden, or the Ionian Sea. Its beachfront location is ideal for water sports. The Old Town of Corfu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the airport are just 22 km away. Among the hotel's facilities are two restaurants and four bars, two shared pools, two children's pools, water slides, a water park, a wellness centre, conference facilities and a gym.
