Are you ready to help us make the future?The Senior Tax Analyst - Transfer Pricing supports the company's transfer pricing efforts. The Senior Analyst is responsible for transfer pricing reporting and planning and assisting with transfer pricing audits to maximize savings opportunities that contribute to shareholder value while fulfilling payment and reporting obligations. Responsibilities:Transfer Pricing Compliance - Review transfer pricing studies and the US & foreign tax returns for completeness and planning opportunities. Review alternative transfer pricing positions in order to determine the most appropriate, cost effective filing position. Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure the efficient assimilation of international tax information with the Federal, state and local income tax returns. Review technology and process improvements to improve transfer pricing enforcement. Review Honeywell's IRS "reportable transaction" disclosure process.Transfer Pricing Audits and Controversies - Participate in the development and evaluation of strategies to successfully defend tax filing positions related to transfer pricing. Model and evaluate alternative transfer pricing settlement positions. Lead the coordination and implementation of audit strategies. Stay abreast of legal developments and industry positions in order to accurately evaluate options and responses to requests for information.Transfer Pricing Financial Reporting - Evaluate uncertain tax reporting positions and business combinations in order to properly reflect the tax treatment as related to transfer pricing of such items in Honeywell's financial statements. Review Honeywell's Sarbanes-Oxley process for financial reporting purposes. Analyze the transfer pricing aspects of financial projections and forecasts. Lead technology and process improvements to ensure accurate, timely information provided to Honeywell financial reporting group. Transfer Pricing Planning Activities - Partner with business and corporate units to identify, initiate and develop transfer pricing planning opportunities, which maximize savings on a defensible basis. Model and evaluate
