I am a Product leader with passion for customers, an agile enthusiast, and a big wine lover! 🎤 What has been your career path at Edenred? I joined Edenred only 3 months ago, in August 2023, so my journey here has just started 😊 My first 90 days with Edenred has been wonderful thanks to all my smart, fun, and driven colleagues all over the world. 🎤 What is your main role today? My job is to innovate on behalf of our customers. I lead Product at Edenred Japan and I have 3 key missions such as 1) improving the existing products to enhance our value proposition, 2) deeply understanding our customer needs and create the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Japan, and 3) building the strong product team and strong product culture at Edenred Japan. 🎤 What is your guilty pleasure? Oh, it is a difficult question for me, because I have a lot to mention😝 One of them is reading mangas, I have countless number of manga books in my Kindle library. It’s not only Japanese mangas, in fact, I have been a big Tintin fan since I was a kid! 🎤 What makes you vibe at Edenred? I am excited about the growth potential of Edenred Japan as well as the fact that I love the people at Edenred. Edenred Japan is smaller compared to other countries today, but we are very eager to grow fast, and our leaders and colleagues at the entire Edenred group are always very supportive for us to make it happen! #vibewithus

With revenue up by more than 20%, Edenred has had another very positive quarter, in line with the performance recorded over the last two years. #Edenred reports record results once again with a total revenue up 23.7%, past the €2.5 billion mark, driven by the successful rollout of its Beyond22-25 strategic plan. Complementary Solutions, which includes Corporate Payment Services, Incentive & Rewards and Public Social Programs, generated operating revenue of €285 million in 2023. This business line grew by 12.5% as reported. This growth reflects the strong business momentum in Corporate Payment Services in North America – operated by Edenred Pay USA (formerly Edenred CSI). The business benefited from the attractiveness of its solution combining suppliers’ invoice processing and payment automation, offering its clients an end-to-end solution. The performance results from the business development in new verticals such as property management and golf clubs. A big congratulations to all our employees around the world for this achievement.
