On 11/7, a YES vote in OHIO for Issue 2 means creating legal avenues for those of legal age to consume cannabis (just like they can for alcohol). A YES vote would mean allowing the sale and purchase of marijuana, which a new Division of Cannabis Control would regulate; allowing persons who are at least 21 years old to use and possess cannabis, including up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis; and enacting a 10% tax on cannabis sales.
