The tech recruiting landscape has been reshuffled. Agencies have downsized and dozens of new boutique firms created. A large chunk of ZIRP era startups shut down or on indefinite hiring freezes. Internal recruiters have been forced to play musical chairs with most landing in Big Tech (+newer AI players) or moving to independent pursuits. Previous track records mean less in this environment. For months I’ve been saying ‘damn.. I haven’t posted on LinkedIn in a minute.. I probably should’… but life happens and i didn’t post.. and now I’m back with news.. but news is what makes me feel like I have something to post about on LinkedIn!! Anywho, I’m back to announce that I’m officially open to work after completing my time at Peech last Thursday due to layoffs😞 Whilst it’s unfortunate my time there came to an end so quickly, I’m super grateful that I got the chance to work with a great team, and exposure to situations that I probably wouldn’t have had if I wasn’t at a small startup! These past few months I got the chance to dip my toes into building out a CS function, and then going back into my sales roots and taking on everything sales the past two months too. I took part in Product discussions, got familiar with using new systems and just having complete control over decision making on all things CSM, Support & Sales. & now - I’m looking for my next role! I'm particularly interested in account executive roles or entry level csm roles. I’m looking for a company with structure, one that has the resources to teach and invest in my growth. Preferably 50+ employees. Industry-wise, I'm open to all sectors, but it's crucial for me to join a company with a product that customers truly love and need. So if you know of anyone hiring AEs, or CSMs… lmk!! Ideally looking for remote / hybrid positions within EMEA/UK timezone. Hmu &tysm🫶

"Like this post and I will review your profile" "Share your email and phone number and we will contact you" "Comment interested below and I will review your profile" Please understand no recruiter or a talent acquisition professional will ever hire talent in such an unprofessional manner. They are only creating a database out of your responses and also increasing their visibility, nothing else.
