I don’t want to be continued…… Completed 4 month without job. Let’s see July 2024 Let me tell you last 4 months journey. - I tried to reachout lots of people for reference but no response. - In my entire career I helped more than 1000 people for getting a job but there is no return support. - My savings are Finished. - Health recovery done. - Hiring person expectation: Do it for free, it’s like beta testing phase for few month. - We can’t provide salary, let’s do business : Mota bhai idher EMI dene ka paisa nhi h 😀 And worst experience - I worked 1.5 month as a Growth consultant for my bread butter but I didn’t not receive my payment. Even my story is same as yours. During my working days I have helped so many peoples to get a JOB (Companies I worked with and with giving them references) and I have given business so few Courier Partners also. But when my time came no one, literally no one helped me. Even the LinkedIn connection which I have in here is not useful. As some of them are hiring related to the Field I have experience (Supply Chain) but they are not bothered to even reply to messages. Feeling devastated but I have an habit of Never giving up so I will be keeping pushing hard myself until I get something to cheer up on. So my Friend keep trying you will have a smile on your face soon 😇
What's goes around comes around. Have hope !!! Been out of job for a little over an year. Don't loose hope, you will find something. Keep in mind God is creating or scripting a new story line, known circles/contacts may ignore U(s) but even job seekers will also have one day and from then on its day one for us.

Yes mohit its reality in this work culture. Very little people only listen our proposal first time, 2nd attempt not response. Some people listen with our issues smilingness. As an employee duration of "open to work" is very painful, we are suspend by our colleagues & surrounding particular period. People looking only their age not mind experience, physical fitness & courage even you are in 40 or 45 for middle management. Anyway i pray to god for you also.
रात घनी है, दिन भी आएगा उठ रहा है सैलाब दिल में जो वो भी 1 दिन शांत हो जाएगा है जो अंधेरा जीवन में वो भी प्रकाश के आगे टिक ना पाएगा जब जीतेगा संघर्ष तेरा एक दफा वो दिन भी आएगा ! रात घनी है दिन भी आएगा काला है आसमान ये अभी सूरज की चमक से जरूर जगमगाएगा है सवेरा दूर कहीं आगे बढ़ता जा राही तू उसको भी पाएगा रख भरोसा खुद पर तू आसमान तेरे कदमों के नीचे आएगा रात घनी है दिन भी आएगा तू दीपक - है प्रतीक रोशनी का खुद जलकर समा को चमकाएगा तू दुनिया को खुशी बाँटता चल अपने दर्द को भूल जाएगा रात घनी है दिन भी आएगा।।
I have seen soo much positivity here in the comment section that reading them seems that he will be placed. I would say stop spamming your positivity, there are people in the comment section, not only there one or two everyone can do something positive unless their comments by helping by giving an opportunity, but we are really religious and kind hearted that we just do our job by posting a positive comment. By the way don't ask me why I can't do, I am also same as him, the difference is i learned and understand that social media is not a real world you will get help and so didn't posted like him.
