Phew, what a week it has been! A lot of interesting stuff happened. Most memorable was yesterday’s lunch. Well, the actual lunch was memorable too but there was more to it of course. BDO Belgium #InterimManagement gathered 12 CEOs around the table at the Sapor restaurant on top of the Living Tomorrow building to discuss the key question for any company’s #leadership. How to deal with the uncertainties that all companies and all management teams are facing? With all the knowledge and data so abundantly available, how do leaders come to the right decisions when the circumstances and the outlooks seem to be constantly changing? Apart from a very tasty lunch there was loads of food for thought too. Thanks Peter Van Laer for the inspiration, and thanks to all the participants for their contribution to the discussion.
