As part MRT Jakarta station team, I see countless faces pass through our stations every day. Their expressions tell stories: the morning rush, the weekend excitement, the weary sigh after a long week. And our job? To make sure each journey, no matter the season or reason, is smooth and seamless. We all know service excellence isn't a one-size-fits-all deal. Long weekends bring different needs than rainy Monday mornings. That's why we're constantly evolving, adapting our service to the rhythm of the city. During events such as Coldplay concerts, anticipation hangs thick in the air. We implemented special crowd management protocols, deployed additional staff to assist with navigation, and extended operating hours to accommodate the surge. Seeing the relief on passengers' faces as they reached their destinations made all the extra effort worthwhile. Our service excellence isn't perfect, but it's a commitment. We actively listen to passenger feedback, analyze data trends, and constantly brainstorm new ways to improve. But it's not just about systems and strategies. It's the human touch that truly makes the difference. A friendly smile, a helping hand, a genuine conversation – these small acts of kindness can turn a seasonal commuter into a loyal rider. And that's where the station team, does the part. We will always strive to embody the spirit of service excellence, day in and day out, season after season. Keeping smiles rolling, rain or shine, long weekend or weekday rush, no matter what.
