Taneika has been an integral part of the Morales Group, Inc family for 5 years, and she was recently awarded our most prestigious honor, the Golden LEGO. This award symbolizes a teammate who consistently lives out our mission and demonstrates our core values of being humble, being courageous, being a light, (and newly added) being gritty. ⭐️ Let's dive into some fun facts about Taneika below. ⬇️ Who is your idol/most influential in your life? I am deeply inspired by my great-grandmother, Elizabeth. She was smart, tough, and loving. She is one of the best cooks to touch a cast iron, and where I gain my love for cooking. What motivates you every day to do what you do best? My family is my main motivation. Hearing my boys tell me that they are proud of me lets me know that I'm doing something right. What do you like about working at Morales Group the most? Diversity and Culture from my employer is so important to me. The one thing I immediately noticed is seeing so many people that look like me, and the culture is real. What are some hobbies/activities you enjoy? I love watching HGTV, the #IDChannel and documentaries. I mostly enjoy cooking and spending time with family and friends, and no better way to do so than by enjoying good food. Sunday dinners are always a blast at my house! What is a pet peeve of yours? When the volume is turned on or left on an odd number! (🔊😂) Fun Fact? Things in clusters cReEp Me OuT! (We agree!) Post 8 - Feb 8 As we begin the second week of our 24-day journey honoring Kobe Bryant, let’s take a moment to reflect on the ground we’ve covered so far. We’ve delved into the significance of the number 24 and its connection to Kobe, shared personal stories of inspiration and challenge, and discussed the importance of mentorship. Today, for our 8th post, I want to pivot to a significant milestone in the journey of Ziba Beauty, which mirrors the discipline and perseverance embodied by Kobe’s Mamba Mentality. A defining moment for Ziba Beauty was when we boldly rebranded and opened six studios in a single year, all located in mainstream malls across Southern California. We were the first in the U.S. to make such a move. Registering our trademarks ‘The Art of Threading’ and ‘The Art of Mehndi’, we were firmly on our path to achieving the American Dream. This achievement was fueled by perseverance, determination, risk-taking, and hard work – qualities that Kobe Bryant exemplified in his career and life. Our commitment to daily routines and continuous improvement during this time was a testament to the power of unwavering discipline. Today they are unveiling Kobe’s statue and because of these posts my generous friends The Uppal’s decided to gift Kavan a seat in their VIP suite for the game and unveiling today. This gift felt like it was directly from Kobe. I will forever remember this and be thankful to Bobby and Bhawna. As we celebrate today, let’s also reflect on your journeys. What milestones have you achieved through discipline and perseverance? How has the Mamba Mentality played a role in your life and successes?
