Today marks my 1 year at the It Gets Better Project! This has been the most rewarding year of my career, and I am so grateful to my colleagues and partners. Jimmy Ancheta-Tilley Jr, CFRE (he/him/his), thank you for your mentorship & kindness every single day! Some highlights: -Over $1.5 million raised for Pride 2023 with dozens of corporate partners, all dedicated to true & meaningful allyship -Visiting Converse headquarters in Boston to meet with other community partners doing amazing work with youth -Our 50 States. 50 Grants. program reaching over 70 grantees this year in the US and Canada -Getting to learn from some of the most creative and intelligent colleagues and corporate partners in the game!
