Novartis announced that all conditions to close its acquisition of MorphoSys have been fulfilled, securing 79.6% of our total share capital and surpassing the minimum 65% shareholder acceptance threshold. Novartis can now begin the necessary steps to progress the integration of our two companies. This week, we had the privilege of visiting American Cancer Society's Boston Hope Lodge to serve lunch to the #cancer patients and caregivers who currently call it home.   Many patients across the country travel long distances to access quality cancer care. Hope Lodges nationwide aim to bridge this gap, offering patients an opportunity to reside much closer to their care team during treatment in a relaxing and community environment that looks and feels like home.   A big thank you to Hope Lodge Boston for opening their doors to our team and for the unwavering support they provide each day.     #MorphoSysMoments
